Excellent printer and copier but for customer serv
I was stunned by the quality of this printer and copier. Unfortunately, it comes with pathetic instructions and customer service. I bought the premium service and I still don’t know how to make sure it’s
I wanted to call and access them online or with a phone number is almost impossible. Are there any people actually there at Xerox?
After leasing a printer/copier for 15 years I finally managed to talk my company into purchasing one of our own for less than the cost of a year of leasing our old one. I absolutely love my Xerox! It's super-fast, and with the added finisher, no more sore elbows from stapling our conference materials together by hand. This one does it all, print, copy, scan, fax. The scan software has multiple options allowing you to scan receipts, multiple jobs into a single document, etc. The B615 has made my work-life infinitely easier and more productive. Installation is really easy, even with just a basic knowledge of printers, computers, and networking. If you're a small shop this is the perfect all-in-one to meet your B/W needs.

Xerox's claim that it's easy to install is a lie. First, one must be familiar with the IT terms/initials etc. We asked our IT people to help with this but they were unable to log into the copier. We had engaged CDW (the direct seller) to set it up, but after 1.5 weeks, the setup wasn't done. We had to have out copier repair service set it up with the IT service. This took them a few hours to set up. So far the copier is fine. At this point, I cannot recommend or not recommend the machine.

Nothing but problems since we received this printer. The first one came damaged so they sent another one. The second one not cracked and broken but not much better. Constant paper jams, among many other issues, some are small and just annoying but the amount of problems we have had with this printer are just ridiculous. We have only had this printer for one year. We would not recommend getting this printer at all.
