We can help you get up and running again

If your equipment has been damaged by the recent storms or wildfires or you need your equipment serviced due to these disasters, our Xerox technicians can help.

For damaged equipment, call 1-855-266-4263 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EDT Monday—Friday.

For office multifunction and production equipment service, call 800-821-2797 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EDT Monday—Friday.

For small to medium printers (including desktop) equipment service, call 800-835-6100 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EDT Monday—Friday.

Tips to Protect Your Xerox Machines and Supplies

  • Secure Units: Unplug devices and place electrical cords securely on top of machines.
  • Move Units: If possible, relocate machines to the middle of the room away from windows and/or open doors.
  • Cover Units: Wrap machines with heavy-gauge plastic to protect them from water and/or falling debris.
  • Relocate Supplies: Move supplies off floors and into secure rooms to avoid damage. Cover paper and other supplies with heavy-gauge plastic.

Note: Upon returning to work, if machines show signs of damage, do not plug in the units. Please call the disaster helpline at 855-266-4263 for instructions on how to proceed.
