Pay and Benefits Programs
Our pay philosophy supports both individual and business needs by providing our people with competitive rewards that are linked to individual performance and company results. Xerox’s total compensation package includes all forms of cash (base pay, overtime and commissions), benefits (medical coverage, disability insurance, life insurance) and recognition (cash lump sums, dinner certificates). We review salaries annually. Many checks and balances ensure our employees are compensated fairly.

ACS, A Xerox Company, offers the “@Home” program, which responds to the needs of employees who, because of a family situation or disability, cannot get to an office to work. As the name denotes, @Home enables them to do their job from home. Through advanced technology, @Home employees access the same tools as their on-site counterparts. For example, text-to-voice systems that “read” screen content or translate text into Braille, assist employees with disabilities. Thanks to @Home, the entire ACS workforce has an equal chance to excel.
