Xerox Equipment Recycling

Xerox pioneered the practice of remanufacturing, reusing and the recycling of office equipment. We offer a number of options for you to recycle and responsibly dispose of Xerox equipment based on state regulations, contract status, and/or the machine model.

Important- If your equipment is in a lease or rental agreement, you will need to ensure the appropriate paperwork is completed before removing your equipment. If you are unsure or would like more information, call our Customer Business Center at 1-888-771-5225 to speak to a representative.

Donate your equipment: : If you would like to donate your equipment instead of returning it to Xerox, we have partnered with the National Cristina Fund to provide an outlet to do so. The equipment must be in working condition to qualify for donation through the National Cristina Foundation (NCF). The foundation can also accept donations of used working computers, monitors, and other peripheral equipment such as scanners and fax machines. Learn more at http://www.cristina.org/.
