WASTE OF MONEY-FOLLOW UP!!!
Just when I thought it couldn't get worse! Xerox was kind enough to send me a replacement printer because of the toner issues I was experiencing.....well, the replacement is a bigger piece of garbage than the first one! It has the same wasting toner issues as the first one this lovely machine started making a horrible noise just after one week of use and the feeder doesn't always work right so I miss pages in my copies. I'm officially done with Xerox. I called Tech Support to get my money back. They said I had to call Shop Xerox. They said they couldn't give me a refund because it was over 30 days and it was a replacement unit. I called Tech Support back. Now they claim I have to call Service Sales. He transferred me to Service Sales who then told me I was transferred to the wrong department, but that I had to do everything in writing. This isn't worth it anymore! I'm done with Xerox and I'm never doing business with these scam artists again!!
