We bought this machine a couple years ago for our small office. All of the functions are easy to use. There are little extra things, like a special function to copy Insurance cards easily, that are nice to have. I would recommend it to any office.
1. There is connection error with ink cartridge all the time
2. The printer app is horrible, now it is not allowing scanning etc and printer disconnected all the time. It was working for a while at least.

this is the biggest hunk of junk they have ever made!!!! set up is a nightmare there is no address book so i have to add them all as shortcuts so no importing remote services wont connect and they cant tell me what website it is reaching out to so i can put in a firewall rule to allow it i am hoping to return this!!!

Jams more than it doesn't. The tray won't accept more than a few pieces of paper at a time. The manual feed function is a joke. I'm sure I bought a lemon because it has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth for Xerox products.

I bought this because I have always liked Xerox. I wanted a simple, basic machine that would copy and print. Setting it up was impossible. No instruction manual. Just a page of pictures basically telling you how to unpack it. There was a disc with it, but nothing that made sense. I finally admitted defeat and went back to my old Brother copier. Xerox you let me down.

I bought this device 2 month ago. It is easy to use on different OSs (Windows, Mac, Linux) both for printing and scanning. Configuration is easy and straightforward within the drivers and also using the built-in web interface. Double-sided printing is great. One thing I miss is that the ADF cannot handle double-sided documents which can be handled for scanning, but can be a pain for copying.
When I made my choice I was looking for a multifunction printer with 2-sided printing and scanning. I did not find in the technical specifications the clear mention that it does not automatically scan both sides of a page.
I was also very disappointed with the scanning software which is very poor and the information on the website for customer support is poor and ambiguous.
I wanted to return the printer but the distributor I bought from has a cunning policy and I was not able to return or even replace it with another model that meets my expectations.
In conclusion, a sad experience with the XEROX product .....

I only have 1 small problem.it stays on standby and the light is continuously on
