I've had my C605 about 1.5 years now. The C605 is very durable and fast. I run approximately 5000 pages monthly. I had one service call on the machine to date and the tech from Superior Office Products had me up and running in minutes. The tech came out within the hour. Very quick response and professionalism.
I've worked with a number of Xerox printers over the years but none have been as dreadful as the C605. Color is unimpressive. The drivers provide little control over color settings and documentation does not yield improvements for this. The printer shifts the image based on stock type. Communication problems abound in a network environment. Working with different stock types is time-consuming and problematic because the printer will require special handling at so many levels, hardware and software. Label templates which worked perfectly on other printers require adjusting on a user-by-user basis, usually with no logical explanation. Also, attempts to print doc files result in an error message. Documents have to be changed to docx files in order to print. If the drawer is opened to add or change paper stock, the printer will hold up printing until a button is manually pressed on the command screen. We strongly disliked the previous printer which our office utilized for color printing, but after trying this one, we want the old one back.

Absolutely the worst printer/copier I have ever used. The user interface, speed, print quality, speed, and overall connection and troubleshooting are terrible. Tech. support is focused on learning money instead of solving issues. The website does not have any helpful recommendations. It is basically a glorified home copier that is meant for business use and cannot be sustained or maintained.
Excellent printer and value for the money! Best value vs efficiency versus capabilities of a printer that I have ever purchased or leased. I recommend this product to my business associates, regularly.
This printer is too sensitive. I hate when I sometimes print a document and wait for several minutes to pick it up off the printer but no copies. Then I have to get up and push a button in order for it to print. In addition, when printing on paper other that regular white copy paper i.e. glossy, card stock paper it is a inconvenience to have to get up and tell the printer what type of paper I'm using and then it does print it jams the copier. It is NOT user friendly.
