James H. Lesko
President, Project Management Office
James H. Lesko leads the project management office overseeing the successful transition of Xerox’s ITO business to Altos. In this role, Lesko is responsible for the timely closing of the deal and ensuring a smooth transition for customers, employees and other constituents. He was appointed to this position in February 2015 and appointed a vice president of the corporation in July 1993.

Prior to this appointment Lesko was the vice president of investor relations for Xerox responsible for the communication and interpretation of the company’s financial results and business strategies to shareholders and the investment community.

Lesko joined Xerox in 1973 and has held a variety of field and headquarter positions. In the early 90s, he was head of Marketing and Customer Service for the Americas Operations that included Mexico, Latin America, South America, Hong Kong and Canada. Lesko then led a transition task team that designed and implemented a major corporate-wide reorganization that was implemented in 1992.

Lesko subsequently served as senior vice president of U.S. field operations and worldwide president of the Personal Products Division, president of the Office Document Systems Division, president of the Desktop Products Group, president of the Xerox Supplies Group, as well as president of e-Business and Teleweb, which included the management and deployment of teleweb sales, customer management and capabilities worldwide.

Lesko received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1973 from Gettysburg College and has been a member of several private company boards as well as a prior member of the Board of Overseers, University of Connecticut School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of South West Connecticut.
