Xerox^® VersaLink^® C8000W Color Printer

I have owned the C8000W printer since January 2022. It was worked flawlessly since, needing only toner. There are not many laser printers that print white and I cross-shopped the competition. I have a buddy in the industry who was looking at the same time and he purchased a different brand of laser printer that could print white. We share our experiences. His system has a lot of quirks that I have not encountered. His printer was more expensive but has cheaper toner. I feel lucky that my printer seems superior and has higher 2400x2400 resolution output. I am not a high volume printer, instead I focus on the quality of the output. I have only two issues: 1) The toner is ridiculously expensive but I participate in the eConcierge service which gives me free warranty coverage as long as I order supplies through the program. So there is a trade off. 2) I could not adequately calibrate the color to closely match the colors on my screen. It seemed no matter the adjustment, I couldn't notice any difference. I reset my changes and use the default. I adjust the HSV colors in my software manually to better match the printer. This was a pain to first establish an adjustment factor, but as a work around it works fine and isn't a problem anymore. The bottom line is I would not hesitate to recommend this printer, and I would definitely purchase again if I had to do it all over.

Our Xerox machine performs very well and the scan is very easy to use. It also does really well printing large files or scanning large file.
