Xerox Owner Appreciation Rebate

Save 10% on your next Xerox printer or multifunction printer.

How does it work?

  1. Purchase an eligible Xerox printer or multifunction printer* through an authorized Xerox dealer or from Shop Xerox.

  2. Submit your claim online using the code THANKS2022US within 30 days of purchase. You will need to upload a startup page from your old and new Xerox devices, and the invoice for your new Xerox device.

  3. Xerox will send you your rebate check.

Note:  1) Your organization must be able to accept a mail-in rebate check. 2) Your existing device must be in good working order and able to print a start-up (configuration) page.
