This error came up: "error 010-914" which it's about the fuser, so we spent about $ 200 for a replacement, and the same error came back after 6 months of usage. So mad, we already follow all these suggestions: https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/KB0118518 but nothing works!

Past the learning curve, felt the machine handled exceedingly well. Powered on always and ready to tackle production print after print, task after task. Am satisfied, and certainly it's a work mule that needs a nudge, you have put time into it if you really want to maximize a profit. Simply put: "Time value of money"
I have owned many printers over the 26 year span of my business. This one by far is the most compact and easiest to use. I also love the dashboard computer features and just the overall ease of use. Excellent Multifunction Printer!!!
Xerox B405 sometimes has print issues, (says attention required) always,
and also its app does not work - it does not find the Xerox printer from the network,
I can install the printer through the Windows printer setting , but I can not use its Xerox Experience app , due to not showing , so its useless printer, I would recommend HP printer

Does not come with a Wi-Fi Adapter (Wireless Connectivity Kit 497K16750), and this much needed part has been out of stock for months everywhere. The feedback I'm getting when I call shopXerox, and other vendors, is that there is no indication that this adapter will be available anytime soon.

How in the year 2023 can you spend more than $200 on a printer and not have it be ready for WiFi, let alone $1,000? So now I have to order a backordered Wifi Adapter before I can finally be using this printer correctly.
I normally don't write reviews, but I figured if it helps one person beware of this key missing piece than it'll be worth it.

We bought one of these at the recommendation of our tech guy. The first one failed within 15 minutes; stating there was no ink. We replaced the cartridge and it said the brand new 400 dollar cartridge had no ink. Nothing we did worked - we sent it back. Bought another new one from xerox - this one has had mulitple issues and now instead of sending the tech they promised, they are sending us a part. Who knows when that will come. If I win the lottery tomorrow, I will happily OfficeSpace this printer and never buy another.
