2024 Xerox Ratings and Reviews - Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions (Official Rules”)
Customers who submit a review, comply with the Official Rules and opt into this Xerox Ratings and Reviews Sweepstakes are eligible to win a $500 Visa® gift card (“Promotion”) courtesy of Xerox Corporation (“Xerox”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to individuals who reside in and are physically located in the 50 United States, and The District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) and are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration (upon verification of prize eligibility, misrepresentation of age requirement will void the entry). This Promotion is not open to public sector employees where such an offer would violate laws, regulations, or policies. Xerox employees, distributors, resellers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By opting into the Promotion, participants release, discharge and hold harmless Xerox, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all damages, costs, expenses, and other liabilities, including damages for personal injury or damage to property, whether the damages are direct or indirect, and regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, which may be due to, or arise out of, participation in the Program or any portion thereof or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of the prize. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Xerox being final and binding in all respects. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the US apply.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible participants who complete a product review and opt into the sweepstakes will automatically be entered into the pool for that month. To enter without providing a product review, visit: https://offers.external.xerox.com/2024-Sweepstake-Entry.html. All submissions must be received by 11:59 pm EST on the last day of each month to be eligible to win. Entries are limited to one entry per person, and per e-mail address, during each monthly entry period. Xerox is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Saturday, April 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, December 31, 2024 *. There will be twenty-one (21) separate monthly entry pools beginning on the first day of each month at 12:00 am EST and ending on the last day of each month at 11:59pm EST.
PRIZES AVAILABLE: One (1) $500 Visa® gift card will be awarded to one winner each month of the promotion period. The winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and complying with the terms of the Visa® gift card. Xerox reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each eligible period.
SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNER: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or before the 8th day of the month immediately following the month in which the monthly entry pool was established, out of all eligible entries received in such monthly entry pool. Only one prize is permitted per person per eligibility period. Decisions by Xerox of the winner’s eligibility, notification, and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding. Prize winners will receive prize notification by email. Each winner will have seven days to respond to the winning email notification. If: (i) such potential winner fails to respond within seven days of the email date on the prize notification, (ii) any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (iii) Xerox is unable to contact the potential winner, (iv) the potential winner is otherwise found to be ineligible, or (v) the potential winner cannot accept or receive the price for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received. A winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Xerox to use the winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Xerox's privacy policy. All decisions of Xerox shall be binding and final.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Xerox is not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error, which may occur in processing entries for the Promotion; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable Website network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic; or (iii) any delay, error, failure, problem, or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of electronic mail or entries due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any entrant, entrant's computer or to any other computer related to or resulting from participation in, or downloading materials for, this Promotion. If for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Xerox which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Xerox reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
CONDUCT: Xerox reserves the right, at their discretion, to disqualify anyone found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Website hosting the Promotion, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. XEROX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TAX INFORMATION: Any taxes on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
GENERAL INFORMATION: This promotion is conducted in English (and the words used in these Official Rules will be given their everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Oregon in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Oregon. If there is a conflict between the laws of the State of Oregon and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Oregon.
