I purchased about a year ago. I think it is a slow printer. The intensity of printed pages seems to be light in color and when increasing the color, it does not seem to change. Sorry for the not so positive review, but honesty is good.

Compact Powerhouse!

I bought this one month ago to give myself a temporary resolve to my home office being in storage. It will make a good compliment and backup to my stored C405. I do my research to perform my own IT functions as needed. Setup was quite easy, initially reviewing the “Easy Setup” application, I jumped into every item within the home screen to assure myself a thorough setup. Once done, my first print was the purchase invoice from my MacBook Pro. Perfect right out of the gate. I have just a few minor questions for clarification with Xerox. This is a great MFP for the price point and highly recommended for its value, quiet operation and ease of use. Keep up the good work Xerox!

Easy to setup and the small footprint makes this printer perfect for small offices and limited workspace. I needed this for home use, and was going to get the the Versalink C605, but the footprint was too large for my area. I found the C235 and am happy with it.

Not a bad printer, but toner is very overpriced.

I've been very loyal to Xerox for almost 10 years, but once they removed eConcierge, that was a red flag. Now they sell every printer with a "starter" toner which I think is a scam. Spend $400 on a printer. Then immediately spend another $400-$500 on toner. It's ridiculous for any small business. This alone is making me want to look else where. Xerox needs to change their ways or they'll lose more customers FAST as time progresses. We will be one of them.

Do not buy! Cheaper to buy new printer than ink!

I bought a laser printer because I print infrequently and ink jet printers get clogged when unused. After only 150 pages print quality is horrible and toner is low. I contacted support and was told that it was past the 1 year warranty and I needed to buy toner. There is no option to refill this model of cartridge and a new “standard yield” 1500 page (same as the starter cartridge) is $70 so for only $280 I can print another 200 low quality pages. If I get the “high capacity” cartridges at $100 each, maybe I can print 250 - 300 low quality pages for $400. Or, I could buy a brand new C235 for $400 and get 10% off! This has to be the worst purchase I have ever made. Instead of dumping more money into toner, I am looking for another brand that has refillable cartridges and new at a reasonable price.

Expensive Catridges. Toner included is promotional

It's industrial waste. The replacement toner is so expensive it negates any benefits. The toner included is promotional. You will only get 100-200 pages before you have to spend another $500+ on toner.Cartridges are already getting scarce because they change models too often. Just make something that works and standardize the toner catridges.Stop building junk.

Excellente XEROX C235 mais odeurs !?

L'imprimante multifonctions XEROX C235 est un outil de travail très fonctionnel et j'en suis pleinement satisfait mais j'ai identifié récemment qu'une odeur âcre émanait d'elle. Je suis un particulier et afin d'éviter ces odeurs désagréables, je souhaite savoir s'il est possible de la débrancher lorsque je ne l'utilise pas. Celà risque-t-il d'endommager le four par exemple ou cela pourrait-il provoquer la perte de données Wi-Fi par exemple. Bien cordialement !
