It is unfortunate you are experiencing these issues. Xerox does not recommend using anything but Xerox Genuine supplies in Xerox printers, though we do not prevent use of third-party toner cartridges in Xerox printers. Note, however, that Xerox does not offer any guarantee of operability. Rather, third-party manufacturers are entirely responsible for testing the operation of their product in Xerox printers and for maintaining compatibility throughout the printer lifecycle.
