July 17, 2017: Keypoint Intelligence – Buyers Lab awarded four Xerox printer and multifunction printer (MFP) lines in its Summer Pick Awards.
  • The Xerox VersaLink B400 was named “Outstanding Multifunction Printer for Mid-Size Workgroups” because of its support for mobile printing, ConnectKey apps and impressive feature set, including flexible media handling.
  • The Xerox VersaLink C400 series was named “Outstanding Color Printer for Mid-Size Workgroups” due to its access to ConnectKey apps that streamline workflows and add functionality.
  • The Xerox VersaLink C405 series received “Outstanding Color Multifunction Printer for Mid-Size Workgroups” based on its highly intuitive touchscreen panel that simplifies walk-up activity and access to time- and money-saving ConnectKey apps.

June 6, 2017: Xerox named to the “100 Best Corporate Citizens List” by Corporate Responsibility Magazine
For the ninth consecutive year, Xerox has been named to the “100 Best Corporate Citizens List” by Corporate Responsibility Magazine. Corporate Responsibility (CR) Magazine recognized Xerox for its programs that work to nurture a greener world, create diverse and inclusive workplaces, and strong, viable communities where its employees and customers work and live. CR Magazine ranks companies in seven categories: environment; climate change; employee relations, human rights; corporate governance; financial performance; philanthropy and community support. According to the magazine, companies included on the list “deliver on their commitments to transparency and accountability in highly competitive industries.

May 25, 2017: Xerox Rated Top Manufacturer in Sustainability Performance
EcoVadis has awarded Xerox their gold recognition level in sustainability performance for the eighth consecutive year. Xerox was ranked in the top one percent of all supplier categories, making it the leading manufacturer in the industry for sustainability; and in the top two per cent of suppliers in the category of ‘manufacturer of computers and peripheral equipment.’ Every year, 110 countries are surveyed across 150 business sectors on corporate policies; initiatives and achievements in areas concerning the environment; labor practices; fair business practices; and supply chain.

May 11, 2017: The Xerox Industry Analyst Relations group has won two of KCG’s Analyst Choice Awards: one for Xerox's multifunction printer program and the other for managed print services program. This is the third time since 2015 Xerox has been recognized by the consulting firm Knowledge Capital Group (KCG).
The awards are based upon the input of 200 industry analysts worldwide, including a significant proportion from Gartner. They rated Xerox (and our competitors) on five key effectiveness scores: 1) Access to Executives; 2) Quality and Availability of References; 3) Efficacy of Communications; 4) Responsiveness; 5) Overall Effectiveness.

January 1, 2017: Xerox is recipient of the Buyers Laboratory (BLI) 2017 Document Imaging Software Line of the Year award.
Given once a year, this award recognizes the vendor that offers the most complete and robust software portfolio across the range of document imaging application categories BLI covers on its bliQ subscription service. For the fourth year running, BLI ranked Xerpx above competitors for “an unmatched portfolio of both first-party and third-party software solutions.” Xerox DocuShare 7 also was named “Outstanding Document Management Solution,” Winter 2017.

September 19, 2016: Xerox was named to the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) for the first time and the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Index for the third consecutive year.
In the categories of corporate code of conduct, corporate governance and environmental management and reporting, Xerox exceeded the average score of DJSI World Members. Xerox was one of nine companies in the IT and software services sector to make the DJSI industry list and scored higher than most of the other industry members on all DJSI dimensions (economic, environmental and social). Launched in 1999, the DJSI World is the gold standard for corporate sustainability and the first global index to track the leading sustainability-driven companies based on RobecoSAM’s analysis of financially relevant Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors and S&P DJI’s robust index methodology. RobecoSAM invited the world’s largest 3,400 companies from developed and emerging markets to take part in its annual Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). Only 317 companies, including Xerox, have been chosen as the DJSI World constituents for the year 2015-16.

July 28, 2016: Xerox garners two InterTech Technology Awards for 2016 from the Printing Industries of America (PIA).
Xerox received awards for the Xerox Color 800i/1000i Press Metallic Dry Inks and Xerox Versant 2100 Press with Ultra HD Image Quality. The InterTech Technology Award honors the development of technologies predicated to have a major impact on the graphic communications and related industries. 

July 15, 2016: Xerox has retained its position on the FTSE4Good index.
The FTSE4Good is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices. As with all these indices, Xerox's accomplishment reflect both the ESG initiatives across the company as well as the combined efforts of the Xerox SMEs to provide strong responses to the survey.

July 15, 2016: Xerox is one of 18 for profit North American companies awarded the Ruderman Best In Business Award.
The award recognizes for-profit businesses that show exemplary practices in hiring, training and supporting people with disabilities.

July 15, 2016: Xerox has been named “Services Quality Supplier of the Year” by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA).
This is based on the success of the automotive giant’s global managed print services (MPS) solution spanning more than 3,000 printers across 53 of FCA’s office and manufacturing facilities in the United States, Mexico and Canada—reducing print costs by 7.4 percent annually.

July 1, 2016: Xerox ConnectKey Technology platform and Xerox Easy Translator Service app. honored with BLI's Outstanding Achievement in Innovation Awards.

June 13, 2016: The Intelligent Transportation Society of America awarded Xerox the 2016 Best of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Award for Best Partnership Project in Infrastructure of Things category.
Xerox was honored for its partnership with Caltrans, the state agency that manages more than 50,000 miles of California highways and freeways. Caltrans recently piloted the Xerox Vehicle Passenger Detection System (VPDS), a HOV/HOT lane compliancy test system that uses video analytics to identify the number of occupants in a vehicle with 95 percent accuracy at speeds up to 100 mph.

Canada’s Greenest Employers is a list of employers across the country that are creating a culture of environmental awareness by fostering earth-friendly initiatives and leadership. The selection committee evaluated employers through the programs they’ve developed, the extent to which they’ve reduced their organization’s footprint, the degree of employee engagement in the programs, and how much their initiatives have impacted the organization’s public identity and reputation.

April 21, 2016: Xerox ranked No. 7 on Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s 17th annual list of the “100 Best Corporate Citizens Corporate Responsibility."

April 13, 2016: Xerox won two "ACE" Awards in the categories for Best Corporate / Brand Website (over $200k category) - Xerox.com and Best Broadcast TV campaign - Work Can Work Better, as part of the 36th Annual Global ACE Awards.
The ACE awards are the longest running B-to-B award program honoring excellence in creativity. The New York Times calls the ACE Awards “one of the industry's best creative awards.” 2015 winners in each of these categories were IBM (website) and GE (TV).

April 7, 2016: Xerox analyst relations (AR) teams took top honors in two categories of the Knowledge Capital Group (KCG) Analyst Choice Awards.
The Xerox teams won in the multifunction printer (MFP) and the managed print services (MPS) categories, beating out competitors HP and Ricoh in both categories. The awards recognize outstanding performances by AR teams who are charged with telling their corporate stories to a group of influencers—the industry analysts—who have the power to shape the future of the company the AR teams represent. March 30, 2016: Xerox's "Work Can Work Better” campaign won the 2016 Best B2B Online Campaign in the 2016 Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards.
The IAC Awards are the first and only industry-based advertising award competition dedicated exclusively to online digital advertising. The award honors online advertising campaigns – which include digital creative and paid media activation.

March 22, 2016: Xerox was awarded on the Best Partner Awards by Cerema (French national Centre for Studies and Expertise on Risks, Environment, Mobility, and Urban and Country Planning) for the Xerox Vehicle Passenger Detection System and the pilot conducted in 2015 with Xerox Transportation Group and Xerox Research Centre Europe.

This compares to No. 5 last year. The survey ranking is a reflection of the news information Xerox distributes, as well as our financial performance and business delivery. Across the range of attribute rankings, we received our best scores in Social Responsibility and Global Competitiveness. Across all attributes, our largest decline was in financial soundness where we ranked 10th compared to 5th last year.

January 25, 2016: FlexJobs, a job board for those seeking telecommuting, remote or freelance work, listed Xerox on its annual list of the top 100 companies that are hiring.
To make FlexJob's list, the companies seeking out telecommuters had to post at least 100 job openings for them in 2015.

December 1, 2015: CDP, an international environmental organization, has named Xerox as a leader in providing reliable information about carbon emissions and energy use to investors and the global marketplace.
Xerox was named to the S&P Climate Disclosure Leadership Index (CDLI) for the quality of its carbon emissions and energy reporting that it submits to CDP’s climate change program. The reported data has been independently assessed against CDP’s scoring methodology and out of a possible 100, Xerox scored 99. Only organizations graded within the top 10 per cent are included in the leadership index.

December 1, 2015: Outbrain reports that Xerox’s “Working Better” ad campaign has been recognized as the top B-to-B ad of 2015, citing the way it engages audiences and subtly illustrates Xerox’s leadership.

November 30, 2015: Xerox received the Readers’ Choice Top 30 Award from DPS Magazine as one of the companies that attracted the most interest from readers in 2015.
In addition to determining reader interest, this award provides a look at trending topics. In 2015, digital printing systems—both toner- and inkjet-based—represented the hottest topic, comprising about 40 percent of the Top 30 results. This was closely followed by software and workflow at 30 percent, finishing at 20 percent, and paper and substrates at ten percent. Each of these areas are essential to the next generation of the digital print, packaging, and publishing segments that DPS covers.

November 20, 2015: Xerox Canada's coaching program, Xerox Driving Results™ - Achieving High Performance Through Coaching, has won a Gold Canadian Award for Training Excellence, from The Institute for Performance and Learning.
This award underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to developing our people.

November 19, 2015: Xerox received the "Equity Award" from the Women's Forum of New York at annual Breakfast of Corporate Champions & Symposium.

November 16, 2015: The Xerox Color C60 Printer won Buyers Laboratory (BLI) PRO Award as the "Outstanding Color Light Production Device."

June 15, 2015: Buck Consultants at Xerox was named Large Agency of the Year by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
The award recognizes the excellent work submitted by an agency or organization. Winners were selected using a combined score based on the number of Gold Quill winning entries (Buck received 14) and highest scores by entrants in each category. Submissions from all over the world were gathered, reviewed and judged against the IABC’s high standards of communication excellence.

June 9, 2015: Xerox Global Services was ranked No. 7 on CRN's "2015 Solution Provider 500: The Top 50” listing.
The listing is an annual ranking of the largest integrators, service providers and IT consultants in North America, ranked by their 2014 solution provider services revenue. Xerox was noted for: Selling its IT outsourcing business to Atos, and as a leading healthcare services provider that acquired Health Communities Institute, a Berkely, CA cloud based database of patient healthcare information, providing customers with technology aimed at identifying at risk populations. Xerox also was the winner of a $564.9 million five-year contract providing its Health Enterprise solution to the New York State Department of Health. Xerox was ranked No. 6 on 2014 list.

June 3, 2015: Xerox Canada was listed as one of Canada's 2015 Top Foreign Corporate Citizens by Corporate Knights.
This list represents organizations with substantial operations (over $1B in revenue) in Canada, who are leading the way in corporate citizenship and have their main headquarters in another country. The parent corporations must also have qualified for Corporate Knights' 2015 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations shortlist.

May 29, 2015: Xerox CMO John Kennedy was recognized by Hot Topics, an online community of tech leaders, as one of the 100 most innovative CMOs in the world.
Hot Topics asked their community of entrepreneurs, investors and corporate executives to provide nominations of CMOs who have changed the game within their specific industry with innovation as a focus. The criteria they had to consider when making their decision, was whether the CMO had:

May 26, 2015: Xerox Chairman & CEO Ursula Burns was ranked No. 29 on Forbes 2015 “The World's 100 Most Powerful Women” listing.
Ursula ranked No. 22 on Forbes 2014 list. From a preliminary group of over 300 candidates from around the world, Forbes selects the 100 most influential women from eight categories or power bases: billionaires, business, celebrity, finance, media, philanthropy and intergovernmental organizations, politics and technology. April 21, 2015: Xerox is ranked No. 82 on Reputation Institute's 2015 Global RepTrak 100 list.
The Reputation Institute, a global consulting firm, surveyed more than 61,000 people in 15 countries in first-quarter 2015. It asked them a series of questions about whether they trusted, respected, had good feelings about and admired the reputation of companies known around the world. To be considered, the companies had to be well known in the 15 countries and have revenues of $6 billion globally. The list has issued for the past 10 years.

March 30, 2015: The Xerox Print Awareness Tool and the Xerox Merge Parking Management System were ranked as “Top Products of the Year” in third annual Environmental Leader Product & Project Awards.
The awards recognize excellence and innovation in products and services that provide companies with environmental and energy benefits, and in the top projects implemented by companies that improved environmental or energy management and increased the bottom line. Environmental Leader is the leading daily trade publication keeping corporate executives informed about energy, environmental and sustainability news. February 5, 2015: Xerox's E-ZPass centers in New York and New Jersey, as well as its E-Pass center in Orlando and BATA FasTrak center in San Francisco, were each named a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal.
Researchers at BenchmarkPortal used a database of call center metrics to compare thousands of companies' key performance indicators, such as calls per agent per hour, agent turnover and caller satisfaction.

Xerox was highlighted for putting about 15 percent of its R&D investment toward unknown outcomes. August 1, 2014: Two Xerox DocuMate scanners receive PC Pro Recommended honors.
The Xerox Travel Scanner was praised for having impeccable paper handling, good scan quality and aggressive pricing. The Xerox DocuMate 5445 received applause for combining fast scans with good output quality and intuitive operation. Both products were commended for their software bundle and received an overall rating of 5 out of a possible 6 stars.

July 23, 2014: Xerox was selected as a 2014 Top Supporter of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) by the deans of the 14 ABET-accredited HBCU engineering programs and the corporate-academic alliance Advancing Minorities’ Interest in Engineering (AMIE).
The distinction comes from the results of the 12th annual editorial survey by U.S. Black Engineer and Information Technology magazine.

July 1, 2014: The Xerox Merge system was a joint winner of the 2014 Promising Innovation in Transport Award.
The trophy was presented by the International Transport Forum (ITF) at the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), an intergovernmental organization for the transport sector with 54 member states. Merge was first deployed in downtown Los Angeles in June 2012. It uses the data from a network of meters, off-street lots and over 6,000 on-street parking sensors to get a view of parking demand and behaviour over a six square mile area.

Dubbed a "top riser" in 2013, Xerox climbed in the rankings again two slots in 2014 to No. #27.

April 30, 2014: Xerox Chief Counsel Don Liu named among ten "Legends in Law" by The Burton Awards Program and the Library of Congress.
The winners were selected based upon the following criteria: reputation in the legal profession; demonstrated competence in a specialized area of law; extensive background and experience; complexity and scope of matters handled; success in global or national issues; and exemplary leadership in law. The winners were chosen from nominations received from managing partners of the nation's 1,000 largest law firms.

April 29, 2014: Xerox Hellas was recognized as one of the "Best Workplaces in Greece" for 2014.
It is the fifth time in the last seven years that Xerox Hellas has been nominated for this award. Representatives from the local branch of the Great Place to Work Institute confirmed during the awarding ceremony that the competition this year was one of the toughest in recent years. More than 50 companies representing 29,500 employees participated.

April 29, 2014: The Xerox Corporate Analyst Relations team was awarded top honors in two categories during an awards ceremony by the Knowledge Capital Group.
Xerox beat out competitors HP, Canon and Ricoh to take home awards as the best firm in the Multifunction Printer Category as well as the Managed Print Services Category. The awards are significant because all firms are nominated by hundreds of analysts worldwide. KCG's Analyst Choice Awards are then awarded based on Analyst Relations Effectiveness scores awarded to vendor AR programs by analysts themselves.

April 24, 2014: At the 2014 Business Marketing Association's Global ACE Awards, Xerox's creative won third place in the Print Campaign category for "Xerox Makes it Simple" featuring services' ads supporting Customer Care, Transportation, Healthcare, Document Management, F&A and HRS.
With more than 400 entries from around the world, the ACE Awards have been running for 33 years, and are hailed by The New York Times as "one of the industry's best creative awards" as they recognize the year's top creative campaigns and initiatives from some of the brightest agencies and clients from around the world.

April 8, 2014: Xerox moved up the Forbes published 2014 list of "The World's Most Reputable Companies."
In 2014, Reputation Institute consulting firm surveyed 60,000 international consumers in 15 countries. Xerox ranks an impressive #46 this year, up 18 slots from #64 in 2013. This list stands out from others that Forbes includes in its publication because it gauges public perception rather than corporate practices. According to Reputation Institute's data, "85 percent of consumers say they would definitely buy products sold by a company with a top reputation while only 9 percent say they would buy from companies with weak reputations."

April 3, 2014: Xerox was among companies that received a perfect score on the 2014 Corporate Equality Index.
The index, done by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, annually looks at the nation's largest companies and grades them based on their policies and procedures dealing with their lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees, such as the presence of non-discrimination policies dealing with sexual orientation or gender identity. For the 2014 rankings, a record 304 of the nation's largest companies received perfect scores of 100, according to the foundation.

March 2, 2012: Xerox Receives a 2012 CRN Channel Champions Award
The CRN 22nd annual Channel Champions awards honor vendors that achieved the highest satisfaction scores in a survey of more than 2,000 solution providers across 27 technology categories including two new technology markets, CRM software and tablets. Awards were presented to the overall technology category winners as well as subcategory winners in the areas of technical satisfaction, support satisfaction and financial factors. In a clean sweep, Xerox nabbed the trophy for Workgroup Color Printers.

Feb. 5, 2012: Xerox Portugal was voted number one in a "Best Place to Work in Portugal" ranking by Accenture and the Portuguese business magazine Exame (circ. 200,000).
The ranking of 100 Portuguese companies has been taking place for at least 10 years. It's based on an employee survey, combined with a qualitative analysis of each company's human resource management, which is then evaluated Exame journalists. Xerox has a loyal following of printer and copier VARs, but is hoping to expand that base to networking and managed service providers. This year the company partnered with Cisco on a cloud IT outsourcing, managed print and mobile print initiatives. The company also created eConcierge, a supplies services revenue stream. In addition, Xerox was honored for its expanded product portfolio for the VARs.

Nov. 8, 2011: ACS, A Xerox Company, in Lexington, KY was honored as a part of National Philanthropy Day.
ACS was lauded as a "community honoree" and was nominated by Bluegrass Community and Technical College for work to raise money for college scholarships. The event/awards are organized and presented by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

The software award goes to Xerox Corp.'s Xerox Research Centre Europe for a prototype customer-support system that uses three-dimensional virtual-reality imaging to connect customers with live help-desk assistance directly from a broken printer. With the technology, which isn't yet on the market, a customer can press a "help" button on the printer that launches an Internet phone call to the help desk. At the same time, it loads and displays a 3-D model of the device on both the customer's and the call center's screens, and the agent receives diagnostic information directly from the device. The agent can identify the fix and then guide the customer through the repair using the 3-D model, reducing the need to dispatch service technicians.
