Safety of Xerox People
We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment for our people.
With a goal of zero workplace injuries, we strive for continuous improvement in injury rates and severity through increased safety awareness for our employees and managers.
Communication is a vital component to help ensure the safety of our employees and takes a variety of forms, given the diversity in our operations and workplaces. The EHS&S group creates safety training materials/communications specific to both managers and employees relative to job-specific hazard management, ergonomics and injury prevention, unique safety concerns, as well as off-the-job safety information. Where applicable, operational and/or EHS&S managers meet with, and/or send safety information and updates to, worker representatives or trade unions.
