About the client
CRC Formation is a training organization located in the southern France city of Toulon. It specializes in delivering vocational courses for the hotel, restaurant, and cleaning sectors. CRC Formation provides training to more than 6,000 students per year.
Case Study Overview
CRC Formation was looking to reduce the time and cost of producing mandatory learning materials provided to each student. Although printed material is widely used, many students prefer digital formats that allow them to access information from anywhere and avoid the need to carry paper documents.

Xerox® Workflow Central allowed CRC Formation to convert training material into accessible, digital MP3 audio files.
Digital files can be hosted in a secure cloud repository for easy access.
The Results
Students have a choice on how they wish to learn: traditional printed material, digital files to read, or audio files to listen to.
Students can access and listen to training materials from their PC or mobile device, allowing them to learn at any time, and from any location.
An additional benefit is supporting the needs of students with visual impairments or reading difficulties.
