Xerox Among Nation’s Best in Measures that Matter Most to People and Communities

We’re honored to be included in this year’s list of America’s Most JUST Companies. For the second year in a row, we outperform our peers in areas that impact our employees, customers, our communities and the environment.

Forbes and JUST Capital, a nonprofit that ranks the largest publicly-traded companies in the United States on the issues Americans care about most, surveyed more than 81,000 Americans over the past four years and identified their attitudes about corporate behavior. The JUST 100 rankings have recognized Xerox for outperforming our peers in a number of areas including worker pay and treatment, employment opportunities, community involvement, and providing products that improve life and do not harm the environment.

JUST Capital CEO Martin Whittaker noted that America’s Most JUST Companies consistently outperform their peers in job creation, wages, work-life balance, environmental impact, and return on equity. He said, “Aligning corporate behavior with the priorities of the American people is good for communities and good for business.”

"Our pledge to inspire and support our people, conduct business ethically and protect our planet remains at the core of everything we do" Xerox CEO John Visentin wrote in our Corporate Social Responsibility Report. "We believe what’s good for society is good for Xerox."

The JUST 100 list of the top 100 companies across all industries, as well as the top performers by industry, will be featured in the December issue of Forbes magazine. Additional feature stories will be published at www.forbes.com/just100.
