Xerox named a leader in Quocirca's Cloud Print Services 2022 Landscape Report

Xerox continues to lead a competitive market when it comes to delivering value and innovation to clients through our Managed Print Services. This was confirmed again by Quocirca, a global research firm, in its latest report, The Cloud Print Services Market Landscape, 2022– a vendor analysis of the global Cloud Print Services market. Xerox achieved its leadership position over all competitors in the industry in both strategic vision and depth of service offering, supported by significant investments in our service portfolio, infrastructure, and strong delivery capabilities.

According to the report, key enablers are our Cloud-First development path and Cloud Native applications:

“Rather than simply moving an on-premise server application to an Azure, AWS, or Google private cloud, Xerox is on a cloud-first development path. By architecting its solutions to be multi-tenant, native cloud applications, it provides customers with a true SaaS, ‘touchless IT’ solution. In addition to the multi-tenant cloud deployment option, Xerox can support clients’ private cloud implementations.”

The cloud-hosted MPS Advanced Analytics dashboard also received praise. According to the report, “Xerox has created a new dashboard for overall reporting. The MPS Advanced Analytics dashboard is a step-change in its analytics toolset strategy.”
