Restrict Operator Stock Library Access
Specify how the Stock Library feature is displayed on the PredictPrint Media Manager main window:
Note: By default, the Stock Library feature is displayed on the PredictPrint Media Manager screen. If the Stock Library feature is always displayed, both the Operator and the Administrator can access the Stock Library at all times.
• The administrator can restrict the Operator from accessing the Stock Library feature.
• If the Stock Library feature is restricted, it is available to the Administrator only.
1. From the PredictPrint Media Manager screen, click Login, then log in as the Administrator.
2. Click Administration.
3. From the Administration screen, select the System tab.
4. To enable or disable Restrict Operator Stock Library Access, click the On/Off toggle button.
The toggle button changes color, and a label indicates whether the Restrict Operator Stock Library Access feature is On or Off.
5. To save changes, click Apply.
6. Close the System tab, then return to the PredictPrint Media Manager main window.
7. To exit the administrator mode, click User: Administrator, then click Log Out.
