Xerox Channel Leaders Among CRN’s 2024 Women of the Channel
CRN has recognized eight Xerox women for its prestigious 2024 Women of the Channel which honors exceptional leaders. They are credited with driving success for their partners and clients through mutually beneficial partnerships, incredible leadership, strategic vision, and unique contributions.
Charlene Fischer, Vice President, US Channel Sales made the Power 100 group for a fifth consecutive year. The Power 100 group recognizes women whose leadership and vision are key drivers of their companies’ success and have had a major influence on moving the IT channel forward.
Charlene Fischer - Vice President, US Channel Sales, Southeast Region – Power 100
23 Years in the Channel
Charlene started at Xerox right after college as a three-day temp in the mailroom. Since then, she has held various sales and sales leadership positions and joined the Xerox channels division in its infancy in 2000. During her time, she has served as a Channel Business Manager, Area Sales Director, and became a Channel Sales Vice President in 2011.
Linda Spence – Partner Development Manager, North America Partner Engagement
23 Years in the Channel
Linda started her career at Xerox 16 years ago in sales. She has been continuously leveraging her expertise to motivate and influence partners as she moved into various roles within Xerox. In her current role, she is focused on driving innovative partner programs to motivate and engage with them through programs such as the Global Partner Program.
MJ Bulmer – Head of Marketing, Canadian Channels Partners
28 Years in the Channel
MJ is currently the voice of the channel for all corporate programs and marketing activities for Xerox partners in Canada. She ensures Xerox partner programs, corporate campaigns, events, and collaterals are relevant to our channel partners and their clients. MJ also provides incentives, marketing tools, and expertise to partners to help them to close the leads generated on products, services, and solutions.
Kristen O’Neal – Business Development Manager
7 Years in the Channel
Kristen started with Xerox in 2017 as a territory partner manager. She has since worked as a channel business manager and is now a business development manager where she helps ensure the success of our office workplace portfolio within North America Channels.
Jayne Tuma – Partner Business Development and Field Marketing, North America Channels
25 Years in the Channel
Jayne leads the creation, management, and execution of partner programs, marketing offerings, and events that deliver maximum impact through a combination of tailored global and new market-specific activities. She is an effective relationship builder and connector in the partner community and is highly respected amongst her peers and those in the industry.
Julia Matthews - Business Operations, North America Channels and Canada Operations
4 Years in the Channel
Julia plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of the North America Channels and Xerox Canada organizations. She is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency through effective business governance, strategic planning, and internal communications.
Leah Gallant – Channel Programs Lead, Canada
20 Years in the Channel
Leah plays a key role on Team Xerox Canada, serving as a major influencer to drive partner strategy and enhance business performance within Xerox’s Channel programs.
Leah’s extensive background includes diverse experiences in channel and direct sales and specialized roles in products and services. Leveraging this wealth of experience, Leah has earned a reputation for her expertise in building, deploying, and managing marketing activities and channel programs aimed at surpassing revenue targets. Leah is instrumental in building strong relationships with partners and helping the partner community grow and work well together.
Marci Mirich Neilsen - Channel Marketing Manager, North America Channels
24 Years in the Channel
Marci started her career at Xerox 17 years ago supporting the North America sales organization with sales enablement tools, messaging, as well as content to and through partners. She has helped with the execution of many product launches, partner campaigns, and partner training. She has become a resident expert in content syndication and best practices for client-facing Partners’ Product Detail Pages.
