Prior to the onset of COVID, one of the most diverse London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham began initiating digital transformation efforts in partnership with Xerox to support their long-term vision: One borough, one community, no-one left behind. When pandemic restrictions were imposed, the council's cloud and digital transition efforts were accelerated allowing the council to continue services and communication to their customers and fulfill procurement needs uninterrupted.
