Xerox Channel Leaders Among CRN’s 2023 Women of the Channel
CRN has recognized eight Xerox women for its prestigious 2023 Women of the Channel which honors exceptional leaders. They are credited with driving success for their partners and clients through mutually beneficial partnerships, incredible leadership, strategic vision, and unique contributions.
In addition, Charlene Fischer, Vice President, US Channel Sales also made the Power 100 group once again, recognizing women whose leadership and vision are key drivers of their companies’ success and have had significant influence to move the entire IT channel forward.

22 Years in the Channel
Charlene started at Xerox right after college as a three-day temp in the mailroom. Since then, she has held various sales and sales leadership positions and joined the Xerox channels division in its infancy in 2000. During her time, she has served as a Channel Business Manager, Area Sales Director, and became a Channel Sales Vice President in 2011.
Debbie Purfurst, Vice President, Channel Sales, Distribution
34 Years in the Channel
Debbie has spent 30+ years in the IT channel, encompassing many roles within distribution, the reseller community, and manufacturing. She worked her way up from Account Manager to Vice President and has worked with all aspects of the channel.
Catherine Brun, Director, Agent Operations, North America Channels
18 Years in the Channel
Catherine started her career at Xerox as a channel sales executive. She has held various roles in sales and sales leadership positions for both Canada and the US; Sales Specialist, Managed Print Specialist, Channel Business Manager and Sales Operations Manager, to name a few. Catherine currently works with her team of partner managers and sales executives to drive profitable growth and win/win outcomes for Agent Partners in North America.
Danielle Fletcher, Danielle Fletcher, VP, North America Channels, US Agents
16 Years in the Channel
Danielle is responsible for enabling Xerox’s North America Agent/Dealer channel partners to grow their business position in their communities by effectively helping customers work better when they purchase partner led Xerox apps, software, workflow solutions, and equipment. She is responsible for implementing and driving effective sales organization initiatives essential to the success of the Channel.
Linda Spence – Partner Development Manager, North America Partner Engagement
22 Years in the Channel
Linda started her career at Xerox 15 years ago in sales. She has been continuously leveraging her expertise to motivate and influence partners as she moved into various roles within Xerox. In her current role, she is focused on driving innovative partner programs to motivate and engage with them through programs such as the Global Partner Program.
Michelle Henry, Director, US Channel Distribution
16 Years in the Channel
Michelle is responsible for Xerox’s US Channel Distribution Sales and Operations. Michelle worked in Vendor Management at Ingram Micro for 10 years and has been with Xerox for 6 years where she quickly established herself as a Distribution Channel expert. Michelle is responsible for the overall Distribution partner relationships, contract, strategy and programs.
MJ Bulmer – Head of Field Marketing, North America Channels
27 Years in the Channel
MJ is currently the voice of the channel in all corporate marketing activities. She ensures Xerox corporate campaigns, events and collaterals are relevant to our channel partners and their clients. MJ also provides marketing tools and expertise to partners, helping them to close the leads generated on products, services and solutions.
Kristen O’Neal – Manager, Office Workplace Sales
6 Years in the Channel
Kristen started with Xerox in 2017 as a Territory Partner Manager. She has since worked as a Channel Business Manager and is now the Manager of Office Workplace Sales where she helps ensure the success of our office workplace portfolio within North America Channels.
