We’re helping government agencies and educators simplify their buying process through purchasing contracts. What is a purchasing contract, you may ask? It’s essentially providing competitively solicited contracts for commonly purchased products and services to its members.
Get a Leg Up, Without the Legwork
Members can buy Xerox services and products at a pre-negotiated rate without having to use your own limited resources to write requests for information (RFI) or requests for proposal (RFP). The purchasing organization does all of the legwork.
Well Vetted Rates
We compete to be on the major contracts for government agencies, school systems, colleges and more. Cooperative Contracts are national contracts solutions so these rates are well vetted. So these rates are well vetted.
