With Xerox® Connect App for DocuShare® Go users can connect Xerox® ConnectKey® Technology-enabled multifunction printers directly and securely to their DocuShare® Go account.
 

 

Extended Browser Support

Safari, Chrome and Edge all utilizing the latest Progressive Web App (PWA) technologies for a greater user experience across any platform.
 

File and Folder Classification

Users can now add pre-defined classification tags to each file or folder. Any file placed into a classified folder automatically inherits the classification tag of the folder if already set.

Lock/Unlock Files & Folders

Users can now lock files and folders, this avoids users making changes to the file until such times it is unlocked, sharing and viewing of a locked file is permitted.

Check in/out Files & Folders

Users can now check in/out files or folders, check out downloads a copy for the user but prevents others from uploading new versions or making changes until the file or folder is checked back in, sharing and viewing of checked-out files or folders is permitted.

External collaboration, expanded user options

  • Safely share documents or folders with people outside of your organization.
  • Expanded user profile options allow for greater control of user permissions within your account.
