Easily convert scanned images into searchable, editable files with the Xerox® DocuShare® Optical Character Recognition (OCR) add-on. All you have to do is choose your preferred format and hit scan to create searchable PDF files, Microsoft Office documents or simple text files. The files are then fully indexed and can be accessed using the search function. The OCR add-on also works with high-volume scanning, uploaded images and other capture approaches.
