Xerox is still committed to delivering translation solutions and has developed a new set of translation services that we trust will meet your needs and are simple to switch to. 

Existing user

We realize you may have missed the communications on the closing of the Xerox® Easy Translator service despite our best efforts to contact you, so please find below the details of how we can help you transition to the new services.

If you were previously using the XETS MFP app for hardcopy translation:

The first of the new offerings is available now, the Xerox® Translate and Print App, which uses state-of-the-art technology to provide instant, machine translations via your Xerox multifunction printer (MFP). Simply scan the document and receive a translation print or emailed document in one of 44 languages. For details on this offering, please visit the Xerox App Gallery.  If you have credits in your XETS account remaining, please send an email to xets-sot@xerox.com so we can provide you with credits for your new Translate and Print account.

If you were previously using the XETS portal for digital document translation:

As an existing XETS customer, we can now exclusively offer you an innovative new service that allows electronic translation workflows.  Please send an email to xets-sot@xerox.com for more information and to discuss credit transfer and onboarding.
