We have 4 car dealerships and this machine allows my husband and I to work from home. The C315 performs all the duties needed for us to do business and stay in contact with our employees and customers. It is also a user friendly product.

Easy Setup and Excellent quality

The setup of the printer was easy and the quality of the print is excellent. Access via WiFi makes printing a breeze. This is our first laser printer and are very pleased with the quality of print.

Xerox service wins the day!!!

I purchased two C315 printers. The first one didn't work from the start but after great communication with Xerox service department it was replaced promptly and now both machines are working great! The Xerox service is truly exceptional and appreciated as I live on a small Island in Hawaii with no service folks to look to for help.

First time impression.

This is my first Xerox printer. I have always used other brands but this one. I may say that the initial set up was very easy and was up and running pretty quickly. On the second week, the first print of the day it gave me error code: Service "LVP Error" and a whole bunch of hexadecimals error code lines. After I rebooted my computer and printer the problem went away and has been working fine since; however, I am just on edge to see when it will die on me. I also noticed that it is slower than my previous printer to print after you hit "Print". I guess time will tell...first impressions are everything.
