Senior Vice President and Chief Delivery Officer
Yehia Maaty is the chief delivery officer for Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position and appointed a senior vice president of the corporation effective Jan. 1, 2017. Yehia has been a corporate vice president of the company since January 2014.
In this role, Yehia is responsible for the global delivery of Xerox products and services including the worldwide manufacturing and supply chain as well as global customer service operations and delivery centers. Additionally, he leads strategic transformation programs driving delivery operational excellence and overall efficiency.
Since 2014, Yehia served as president of Xerox’s Developing Markets Operations (DMO) where he had overall responsibility for driving total revenue and profit growth opportunities in emerging markets around the world, including Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East, Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, the Eurasian countries, India and Russia. Prior to this role, Yehia was chief operating officer of Developing Markets West regions in 2012 leading Xerox operations in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Yehia joined Xerox in 1992 as a sales representative in Cairo, Egypt. He has held a variety of senior positions in sales and general management including general manager of sales and marketing of Central Eastern Europe, Israel and Turkey, general manager of Xerox Egypt, and vice president and region general manager of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Yehia earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Mansoura University in Egypt in 1990. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having completed the HBS Advanced Management Program in 2011.
