Sarah Hlavinka McConnell
Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Sarah Hlavinka McConnell is general counsel and corporate secretary for Xerox Corporation. She joined the company and was named an executive vice president of the corporation on Jan. 18, 2017.
Sarah oversees the legal affairs of the corporation, including litigation and patent acquisition. She also manages governance and regulatory compliance for the board of directors and has responsibility for corporate security, Xerox's ethics program, the Xerox Foundation, government affairs and public policy activities on domestic and international affairs.
Prior to joining Xerox, Sarah served in several senior corporate counsel roles. Previously she was executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for ABM Industries Incorporated, a leading facility services provider with domestic and international operations. Prior to joining ABM, Sarah served as vice president, assistant general counsel and secretary for Fisher Scientific International.
Sarah received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University. She serves on the Texas A&M University College of Liberal Arts Development Council.
