Russell Peacock

President, Global Technology and Delivery Group

Russell Peacock is president of the Global Technology and Delivery Group for Xerox. He was named to this position in September 2012 and was appointed a vice president of the corporation in May 2007. 

Peacock is responsible for leading product and consumables development and engineering for Xerox’s Global Technology and Delivery Group as well as Xerox’s manufacturing and supply chain, global delivery centers, supplies business and technical service. 

Prior to this position, Peacock lead both Xerox Canada and Global Imaging Systems, A Xerox Company, where he was responsible for sales, service and customer administration activities for Xerox’s document technology, services and solutions in North America and Canada. This included responsibility for all direct and indirect sales and customer engagement through several channels, including Xerox’s direct sales force, authorized agents, resellers, inside sales, and the companies that operate under Global Imaging Systems, A Xerox Company. 

Peacock has served as president of Xerox North America, the North American Channels Group, and the Xerox Office Group. He has held numerous senior management positions throughout Xerox Europe. 

Since joining Xerox in 1982 as a field sales representative in London, Peacock has held senior positions in sales, finance, operations and engineering. He brings a deep understanding of Xerox’s technology business as well as a broad knowledge of Xerox’s marketplace and customers’ requirements, gleaned through his extensive management experience in sales and field operations. 

Peacock earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from the University of Wolverhampton, England.
