Chief Operating Officer, Healthcare Business Group
Connie Harvey is chief operating officer of the Healthcare Business Group for Xerox’s services business, which encompasses services offerings for the healthcare industry including government agencies, payers, providers, pharmaceuticals and life sciences and workers’ compensation. She was named to this leadership position in June 2014 and added additional responsibility for government healthcare in January 2016. Harvey was appointed a vice president of the corporation in February 2012.
Prior to her current role, Harvey served as the chief operating officer for Xerox Commercial Business Process Outsourcing, which includes providing business services for: healthcare payer and pharmaceutical, telecommunications and technology, retail and travel and insurance industries. Previously she served as president of the healthcare, payer and insurance group, growing the Healthcare Payer business unit from $160M to nearly $1B in revenue.
Harvey has focused on various initiatives to improve operational performances to better serve Xerox customers and diversify the service offerings. An early adopter of utilizing offshore operations, Harvey spent 18 years in consulting and operations management in the Caribbean. She joined the company in 2001 when Xerox acquired National Processing Company. Her projects spanned industries and services including manufacturing, distribution and logistics, and business process outsourcing.
Harvey is involved in various organizations including serving on the board of directors for METTLER TOLEDO, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, CommerceLexington and the Bluegrass Community and Technical College Foundation Board.
Harvey graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
