The direct marketing campaign Keiger Graphic Communications produced for Salem College had thrived in its first year, but saw declines in the second year - which was attributed to a lack of change in the campaign. Tasked with further enhancing the results, Keiger Graphic Communications integrated more personalization, communication touchpoints, as well as Facebook integration. As a result, Salem College saw its highest number of first-year students since 2004, an 11% increase over enrollment in 2009.
