Facing challenges with managing its multi-brand printing environment supported by 230 different devices, the Eurasian Bank sought for an expert who could take on this task and improve the company's workflow. Xerox® Managed Print Services (MPS) solution was chosen based on the proposal for printing fleet management, its maintenance, reporting framework as well as spare parts and consumables procurement system.
The Xerox team started the MPS solution implementation with thorough evaluation of existing print infrastructure in the Eurasian Bank's current head office in Almaty. To reduce the fleet size and gain control of its daily operational services, the Xerox specialists designed a location map for the printing equipment in the new building.
Although the project is undergoing changes after being launched in the last quarter of 2014, impressive 20% reduction in print volumes has been already reached. Greater economy is anticipated after more branches (up to 100) and regions are embraced by the project by the end of 2015.
