Xerox® Mobile Link App allows you to scan, fax and print from your phone or tablet by connecting with Xerox® multifunction printers (MFPs). It is also able to send data to cloud storage.

Xerox Mobile Link is a personal productivity app that connects your mobile phones and tablets to Xerox multifunction printers and to the cloud where you store your documents. Xerox Mobile Link allows you to create customised One-Touch Workflows that automatically scan documents from Xerox MFPs and send the documents to storage destinations in the cloud, to email, to fax and to your mobile device.

Supported Xerox Printers/MFPs

Xerox Extensible Interface Platform (EIP) version 2.5 or higher is a requirement and is included in the models listed below. No additional middleware is required.

Xerox Multifunction / All-in-One Laser Printers

  • No additional software or "middleware" is required
  • Xerox® MFP with an Apple® iOS® with a device on a network with either SNMP or Bonjour protocols (versions 7, 8, 9)
  • Android™ devices with a network connection to a Xerox MFP (versions 4.1-4.3, 4.4, 5.0-5.1)
