Leveraging decades of AI experience, researchers at the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), a Xerox company, are developing the first continuously learning, AI-driven assistant that understands RFPs and can automatically generate a first draft of your proposal. It further guides you and your team through the workflow to create a differentiated, higher quality proposal in less time.
It works by analyzing and extracting knowledge from past RFPs, proposals, and other documents to find answers to common questions. When it doesn’t know the answer to a question, it will create a task for an expert to answer and send reminders to follow up automatically. And machine learning means your assistant gets smarter over time, so experts never have to answer the same question more than once.
RFP response is just the first of many collaborative authoring workflows that we will be targeting with AI to help knowledge workers become more productive.
