National Bank of Bahrain further streamline their operations and reduce printing costs with Xerox® Managed Print Services.
NBB is one of the most prestigious national banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain. With a fleet of over 250 multi-brand and multifunctional printers, it wanted to print less, reduce printing costs and bring control, security and print management visibility throughout its organisation.
Through implementing Xerox® Managed Print Services, NBB gained access to automated processes and central monitoring systems. This lifted the operational burden from the bank, reduced print volumes and costs and enhanced security. It also provided an unparalleled user experience.
This resulted in a 35% cut in annual print volumes and a reduced burden on IT, thanks to device standardisation and supplies management automation. The bank also benefitted from a 30% reduction in annual costs, including savings on consumables and paper. In addition, it enhanced network security and extensive reporting capabilities with accurate cost allocation.
Salem Mesifer, Head of IT Helpdesk at NBB said that the 'NBB has been building robust digital platforms and is continuously improving its banking services to enable customer convenience and accessibility. We have partnered with Xerox who are the managed print services market leaders in Bahrain, with a proven track record of successfully providing such services to leading companies for more than 20 years. Xerox has the capability, resources, and technologies to optimise the most complex and diverse customer environments and deliver cost savings over the contract’s lifecycle.'
