Policies and Strategies
Through our policies and actions, we demonstrate our commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging every day.
The Wilson Rule
Xerox strives to attain a diverse applicant pool in the evaluation of both internal and external candidates for open positions. The Wilson Rule is inspired by our first CEO, Joe Wilson. His call for social responsibility, diversity and inclusiveness is a Xerox core value and part of our company DNA. The spirit and the letter of the Wilson rule drives diverse representation at management and professional levels throughout Xerox by ensuring robust outreach and recruiting of diverse candidates. At the heart of the Wilson Rule is our commitment to recruit and present a diverse applicant pool for the hiring manager’s consideration when seeking candidates for open management and professional level positions throughout the company.
Globally, we create policies that support our business goals and reflect the culture of the countries in which we do business. Xerox does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religious belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, union status, sexual orientation or gender identity.
Equal Employment Opportunity
