CRN Channel Chief Award Recipient Karl Boissonneault
Xerox, North America Channels Leader, Karl Boissonneault has been chosen by the CRN editorial staff to receive the 2023 Channel Chief Award for outstanding leadership.
The 2023 Channel Chiefs are influential leaders who have helped technology solution providers and their customers navigate an increasingly complex landscape of interconnected challenges and shifting industry dynamics with innovative strategies, programs and partnerships. All honorees are selected by CRN’s editorial staff based on their dedication, industry prestige, and exceptional accomplishments as channel advocates.

“Once again, this year’s list gives well-deserved recognition to the IT Channel Chiefs who are dedicated to driving the channel agenda and advocating for the development of strong channel partnerships,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “Under their exceptional leadership, influence, and innovation, the IT channel vendor community continues to deliver solutions and services that meet the rapidly evolving needs of their solution provider partners and their customers.”
In a year that challenged companies and partners alike, Boissonneault and his channel team worked quickly to accurately assess the shift in partner needs and adapt to new market demands that include the need to manage the new hybrid workspace, automating routine back-office processes and managing data and information more securely and effectively.
Listening to our partners, key investments were made to programs that help our partners capture new areas of growth beyond office print, such production print, software and digital services, as well as in Xerox’s Digital Marketing Automation content platform that increases our partners’ brand visibility.
