The Future of Work in a Pandemic Era

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted all facets of life as we know it, forcing immediate recalibrations of how we work and live. Today, industries across the globe are considering the future of work in a pandemic era, making difficult decisions with the best information on hand, against various unknowns. They know that reopening and perhaps even redefining the workplace means successfully working through incredible uncertainty.

The Future of Work Survey, new global research commissioned by Xerox, was designed to uncover how IT decision makers are addressing major considerations in a highly fluid environment. 600 IT leaders were surveyed, representing organizations with 500 people or more across more than a dozen industries, including business and professional services, retail, health care, financial services, and travel and hospitality.
