In business since 2010, Financeit helps merchants provide sales financing to consumers. Financeit was trying to go paperless. Customer and loan service documents were in various formats (paper, electronic) stored in different locations onsite and offsite. Finding the right documents was hurting employee productivity and customer satisfaction.

We helped Financeit digitize documents, and then use the data within to manage records and process transactions, all while upholding stringent security requirements.

The result? We processed and securely destroyed more than 73,000 images, which cut down on the cost of managing physical storage space. This saved Financeit over 20% in operational costs, and improved document retrieval by 80%.
