This is your assurance that if you have performance issues with your application, we want to satisfy you. Your service rep should be contacted immediately to evaluate your printer and paper or media. The service rep will then escalate any documented problems back to our Paper and Media Technology Centers for more detailed machine and substrate testing. If there are issues, we will work with you to resolve them or find a way to deliver the performance that you expect.

As part of our Paper Guarantee, our sales people strive to answer your paper and media needs each and every time. Our Paper and Media Technology Centers around the globe test every paper and media offering before it is added to a specific paper and media list. Paper engineers look for image quality, dust, curl, jamming and a host of other paper performance variables. These paper engineers and their counterparts in hardware product engineering work together to ensure that even before a new printer or digital press is launched, we can assure customers of the performance of the paper and the appearance of the output.
