Paper: Virtually Jam Free

Unparalleled expertise

The experience and knowledge built into our copiers and printers are also engineered into every square inch of Xerox paper.

For more than 50 years, Xerox has been perfecting document production systems and the supplies that make them run smoothly and efficiently. No one knows the demanding needs of today's xerographic equipment like Xerox (not surprising from the company that invented the process). But your document production system is only as good as what you run through it. That's where our paper comes in.

Paper and equipment engineers working side by side

Xerox papers are designed from the ground up to run smoothly and efficiently through your printers and copiers - from the first document to the last. Our paper engineers work hand in hand with Xerox equipment engineers to produce consistent, high-quality paper in a variety of formats. Whether you choose reams, cartons or rolls, Xerox papers maximize productivity, minimize downtime and the related costs of wasted consumables and service calls. The result is nothing less than the world's best paper for your printing and copying systems.

The world's most advanced papermaking process

While great paper starts with great engineering and design, the quality of the manufacturing process is equally important. Using a unique and intensive qualification process, we make sure the mill, machines and people that manufacture Xerox paper are trained and tested for a wide variety of quality criteria. Our qualification process is so demanding that only a handful of paper machines around the world are deemed good enough to produce paper that carries the Xerox brand.

But we don't stop there.

The most stringent tests in the industry

Each and every ream and roll of Xerox paper is subjected to exacting tests for everything from smoothness, opacity and curl to moisture and paper dust content. We make certain that Xerox paper provides 99.99%* jam-free performance over a wide range of temperatures and relative humidities so that it runs the exact same way in Anchorage, Alaska, as it does in Miami, Florida. If that sounds like a lot of work, it is. But we think you deserve nothing but the best. That's why Xerox is the world's largest distributor of cut-sheet paper.
