My Supplies

By signing up for My Supplies, you will be able to purchase supplies online at your prices. As a My Supplies customer, you can:
  • Access the online Xerox Supplies catalog at any time
  • Search for supplies specific to your equipment
  • View your supplies pricing and place orders by credit card, purchase order or invoice
  • Use "My Favorites" to create a shopping list of frequently ordered items
  • Log in at any time to check the status of your orders

To sign up for My Supplies, you'll need your nine-digit Xerox Supplies Customer Number and a recent Supply Master Order Number. These numbers appear on your Xerox invoice. After you sign up, we'll send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to two business days after receipt of your confirmation to ensure that your price plans are online. You will receive a second e-mail confirming that your price plans are online and ready to use.
