Monochrome Equipment Black toner, copy cartridges, and fuser oil.

Color Equipment Color toner(s).

How to Register/Activate
  • Read the Metered Supplies User Guide. for instructions on how to register and activate an account to order your metered supplies.
  • Click the Register button below to register for a new Metered Supplies account. If you already have a Xerox account, click the button below to activate your Metered Supplies account. You will need to provide a serial number and zip code associated with your machine’s shipping address.

How are these supplies obtained?
Monochrome Equipment Supplies are ordered automatically by the Xerox Automatic Replenishment System.

Color Equipment Supplies are ordered by the customer by contacting the Metered Supplies Customer Support Center. Some of the newer color equipment models can be automatically replenished. Upon calling for supplies, customers with newer, enabled equipment will be notified and automatic replenishment will be enabled at that time.

When should automatic shipments be expected?
Once a month, the automatic replenishment system will review each machine on automatic replenishment to calculate the need for supplies using meter reads, supply consumption data sent by the machine and past shipments. If a shipment is needed - the system will automatically ship it.

When and how to contact the metered supplies customer support center
When/Why
  • To order supplies covered under metered/CPC contracts that are not automatically replenished.
  • To order additional supplies covered under metered/CPC contracts that are automatically replenished.
  • To fine tune the amount of supplies being shipped by the Automatic Replenishment System.
  • To return excess supplies received as part of the metered/CPC contract.

  • The serial number(s) of the equipment receiving the supplies.
  • A count of supplies currently on hand.

Other information about the program
A metered/CPC contract provides the use of these supplies on a cost per copy basis. The actual supply items remain the property of Xerox until consumed. . As such, inventory quantities kept at a customer location are at the discretion of Xerox. They may not be sold or used in other equipment.

A metered /CPC contract requires meter reads be furnished periodically for billing purposes, but additional meter reads may be requested to validate the quantity of supplies requested.

A metered/CPC contract requires providing periodic inventory counts of supplies. These counts may be requested when ordering supplies or via the periodic Xerox Inventory Audit.

A metered/CPC contract requires the return of unused supplies covered under the contract at the time of equipment removal.

A metered/CPC contract specifies that Xerox may invoice additional charges for excessive supply usage.
