After setting compatibility mode please close your browser and log back into the Xerox homepage.

If you continue to experience compatibility issues then it is recommended to use a different internet browser.

If you are unable to use any of the above alternatives, you will need to use our Citrix Gateway. This will allow you to connect from your current computer to the Partner Portal using FireFox. However, it requires additional authentication and the installation of some software on your system.

  • Please E-Mail our Support Team. You will receive an email containing your access credentials and connection information in approximately 5 days.
  • In order to access our Citrix Gateway you will need to download some client software to your computer - details of this will be provided in the email mentioned above. If your computer is restricted from downloading software, you will need to contact your System Administrator before attempting this.
  • When you have completed the download you will be able to access our Partner Portal. Your new credentials will enable you to connect to the Citrix Gateway. You will then be able to login to the Partner Portal using the portal account details (typically your email address) which you have used just now.
