Service Implementation Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

To manage the Due Diligence and consolidation process for all Xerox Office Services (XOS) contract opportunities throughout Europe and maintain local customer contact relationships.

Key Role Tasks and Activities:

  • Project manage due diligence/site discovery activity across Multiple sites & countries (EME&A)
  • Develop and publish the current state maps for customer during due diligence
  • Establish a contractual start point for all existing fleet in conjunction with Commercial teams
  • Help design the current total cost of ownership (TCO) for customer
  • Design and develop the XOS asset management database
  • Design and develop Customer Portals as part of new implementations
  • Determine and document the current process’ on customers sites
  • Develop the end point state maps for the customers sites
  • Maintain responsibility for the controlled consolidation and rationalisation of current contracts and equipment on each site
  • Professionally manage and support the disengagement of 3rd party contracts as they expire
  • Responsible for the environmentally friendly disposal of all consumables and equipment
  • Manage and organise training on new products & tools for customers
Essential Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in the delivery of high quality customer service
  • Detailed knowledge Xerox Office Product environments
  • Good technical knowledge of Xerox products and solutions and how they can be leveraged across key business processes
  • Systems and IT literate
  • Minimum of 12 months experience working in a shared services environment
  • Full Clean Driving licence
  • Proven ability to work as part of a flexible fast changing environment

  • Demonstrable ability to operate at prime customer contact level
  • Proven experience of delivering complex projects
  • Detailed knowledge of Xerox FM and/or Xerox Office Product environments
  • Knowledge of MS Project
  • Formal Project Management methodology training (PMI / PRINCE2)
  • Proven experience of cross-functional working
  • 2nd language desirable but not essential
