Harry Williams, Vice President and General Manager, joined the Xerox Innovation Group in August 2003 as
Vice President of Licensing and Business Development. He is responsible for the commercialization of our
Intellectual Property (IP) and the relationship with our strategic licensing partner, IPVALUE Management,
Inc. Additionally, in January of 2004 he assumed responsibility for managing the Xerox Intellectual
Property Operations (XIPO) XIPO works in partnership with the Intellectual Property Law Department and
Xerox's business units in the defense of the Corporation against IP threats and in support of IP centric
business matters.
Harry joined the company in 1979 as an auditor and held a variety of management positions in Financial
Planning and Analysis. In 1992 he joined the Business Groups where he held managerial assignments in
Business Strategy, Competitive Analysis and Strategic Product Pricing. In 1999 Harry joined the Small
Office Home Office Division with responsibility for Forward Product Planning and TTM. In 2001 he assumed
management responsibility for the collaborative Inkjet development effort with Fuji Xerox.
Harry has a BS in Business Administration from Syracuse University and an MBA with a concentration in
Accounting from R.I.T. He is married with four children and two grandchildren (at the time of this writing).
He lives in Webster NY and also has a home in Bonita Springs Florida. Hobbies including boating, fishing and
walking beaches are favorite pastimes.
