Researchers at our centre work on cutting-edge technologies, including cloud computing, crowdsourcing and business analytics. They develop innovative services and service delivery models aimed both at Xerox’s traditional document management businesses as well as its newer business process and information technology outsourcing businesses. Our researchers also leverage Xerox’s established expertise in imaging, document management and ethnography to explore, develop and incubate unique solutions inspired by emerging market needs and opportunities.
