TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 28, 2008  -- Global Imaging Systems, a Xerox company (NYSE: XRX), flexed its network integration muscles this week, announcing that two of its companies have achieved Gold Certification for the Cisco Certified Partners program - the highest level in the program.

The certification enables Electronic Systems Inc. (ESI), of Virginia Beach, Va., and Lewan & Associates, of Denver, to continue providing their customers the highest available discounts and technical support for all Cisco products and services. In addition to network integration services, ESI and Lewan sell a wide range of office document equipment, from printers to multifunction devices.

To attain Cisco Gold, companies must achieve advanced specialization in unified communications, routing and switching, security and wireless LAN technology. They must also meet Cisco's stringent requirements for quality in personnel, support, specialization and its intensive customer satisfaction program. It is the third year in a row that ESI and Lewan have achieved Gold Certification.

"This certification is the gold standard of network solutions and services," said Michael Shea, president and chief executive officer of Global Imaging. "Cisco doesn't make it easy, so the re-certification of ESI and Lewan & Associates is a testament to the companies' commitment to providing customers the highest level of networking sales, service and support."
